Since leasing the vehicle in February 2024, I have experienced persistent failures in the collision prevention system and other critical safety features. Despite multiple service visits, the issue remains unresolved, with Lincoln attributing the problem to a system update that has been repeatedly delayed.

I have had this car in three times for electrical issues related to the Hybred battery. This car had a recall for the battery and I took it in on for the recall. The fix for this recall was not to fix the battery but rather to limit the amount the battery can be charged to 80-85%%.

A complaint is one owner’s account, not a defect finding, and a bulletin is not a recall. Nothing here says this bulletin was issued because of these complaints, or that the repair it describes fixed them. Complaint files on this site begin in 2015.
