A PDF link is shown only once NHTSA’s own server has been seen to serve that document; the rest are checked over the following nights. My vehicles turn signal audio indicator is extremely quiet and cannot be heard at speeds above 45MPH creating a safety issue. I have checked the vehicle audio settings in addition to the vehicle owner manual and there is no user setting to adjust audio.
