Emission Recall. On certain vehicles with specific Malfunction Indicator Light (MIL) -on faults, the miles travelled calculation switches from the Transmission Output Speed Sensor (TOSS) to the Wheel Speed Sensor (WSS) and the mileage recorded by the On Board Diagnostic (OBD) System is accumulated at one-fourth actual due to an incorrectly calibrated parameter used in the calculation. Dealers will reprogram the engine control module.

The 2023 Chevy High Country Diesel vehicle for 89,000 has failed tremendously, without any warning whatsoever. I've had my vehicle serviced on a 6 to 8 weeks bases at the dealership. on March 28, 2025 I was driving in SD and the truck just failed all the suddenly. The information stated to shift to neutral and restart which I did.
