Source: NHTSA's summary of the manufacturer's communicationMercedes-Benz AG (“MBAG�), the manufacturer of Mercedes-Benz vehicles, has determined that on certain Model Year (“MY�) 2026 CLA (174 platform) vehicles, the software of the communication module (ARTEMIS) might not be configured according to current production specifications. As a result, remote status updates, or remote commands may not be available through the Mercedes-Benz App. Remedy MBUSA will conduct a service campaign. An authorized Mercedes-Benz dealer will update the software in the ARTEMIS control unit on the affected vehicles. With the update of the ARTEMIS, the latest Mercedes-Benz Operating System (MB. OS) version will also be installed on the vehicles.
