Mercedes-Benz service campaign NCU-2023030016

Mercedes-Benz filed this with NHTSA as a service campaign dated May 20, 2024, received May 4, 2023, about the structure — 3 documents under this number: NCU - 2023030016. It names 1 model year (2021). A service campaign is not a safety recall — there is no NHTSA campaign number and no federal requirement — but it is usually work the manufacturer pays for on the vehicles it names; the dealer checks the VIN against the manufacturer’s list.
