For security, necessary data collection and to ensure the correct vehicle mileage is maintained in the event of a DIM/DHU (Driver Information Module/Display Head Unit) replacement, other specific modules as well as the odometer are constantly recording information such as vehicle speed, operating hours and the total vehicle mileage at the same time.
