The affected vehicles are not equipped with the Oil Change Reminder Reset selection on the Audio Video Navigation ‘AVN’ screen. Some of the affected vehicles may require the ‘AVN’ software to be updated after the ‘ICU’ software upgrade is completed to enable the feature.

On July 9 while waiting at a red light car randomly turned off, had to put car in park and restart On July 19 while driving about 55mph on an extremely busy interstate highway car shut down completely.
