Keystone service campaign 25-474

Keystone filed this with NHTSA as a service campaign dated Nov 6, 2025, received Nov 5, 2025, about the unknown or other — 3 documents under this number. It names 4 model years (2026). A service campaign is not a safety recall — there is no NHTSA campaign number and no federal requirement — but it is usually work the manufacturer pays for on the vehicles it names; the dealer checks the VIN against the manufacturer’s list.

What the bulletin says

It has been determined that certain models with underslung axles may have insufficient clearance between the axle beam and the holding tank located above the axle. The lack of clearance may cause damage to the holding tank.

The summary is NHTSA’s abstract of the document, as filed under 49 CFR 579.5; the full text comes from the manufacturer or a dealer. One communication is usually filed as several documents — the bulletin, a dealer notice, an owner letter — and the number on any of them finds this page. Quote it at a service desk; it is what the dealer’s system is keyed on.

Model years it names

Also filed against: 2026 Keystone Aspen Trail; 2026 Keystone Colorado; 2026 Keystone FUN Time; 2026 Keystone Zinger.

None of these model years has a page on this site (it covers EPA-certified cars, trucks and SUVs from 2016), so the bulletin is listed here on its own.
