As a result, the torque converter lock-up clutch cannot provide adequate holding force due to pressure bleeding down through a crack in the lock-up piston. The reduced lock-up clutch capacity results in the MIL illuminating and set DTC P0741 Torque Converter Clutch Circuit Performance or Stuck OFF.

6/13 5:10 PM on I-95 n 30 minutes south of fredericksburg, va was going 78 MPH when all of the sudden 'blind spot sensor error' appeared on dash and within 10 seconds transmission error - see owners manual - get somewhere safe appeared on the dash.
