What the bulletin says
Source: NHTSA's summary of the manufacturer's communicationPicked out of NHTSA’s summary below, word for word. The document itself is the record, and the dealer checks the VIN.
Harbinger Motors is conducting a voluntary service campaign on certain model year 2025-2026 Harbinger stripped chassis. The two fasteners connecting the rear electric drive unit (EDU) mount to the rear crossmember can become loose due to vibration, which may result in an objectionable noise when accelerating. This condition does not pose a risk to motor vehicle safety. Authorized dealers and service providers will replace the two fasteners with new fasteners that have pre-applied chemical threadlocker and torque them to specification, free of charge. 293 vehicles are covered.

One communication is usually filed as several documents — the bulletin, a dealer notice, an owner letter — and the number on any of them finds this page. A PDF link is shown only once NHTSA’s own server has been seen to serve that document; the rest are checked over the following nights. Quote the number at a service desk; it is what the dealer’s system is keyed on.
