What owners reported
Source: NHTSA complaint databaseOwners of the 1 model year this bulletin names have filed 14 complaints with NHTSA since 2015. 3 of them name Power Train — the same broad component group this bulletin is filed under. NHTSA groups complaints coarsely, so that means the same area of the vehicle, not necessarily the same fault.
Summary: My 2025 Ford Mustang Mach-E GT has repeatedly experienced a complete and unexpected loss of propulsion while driving in active traffic. Each time, the vehicle displayed a red “Stop Safely Now” warning with additional critical alerts, followed by an immediate loss of forward motion with no prior indication.
