The Tremor swaps in a 3.5L V6 (400 hp, 500 lb-ft) over the XL's 2.7L V6 (325 hp, 400 lb-ft), raises ground clearance from 8.2 to 10.7 inches, adds monotube shocks, larger 18-in aluminum wheels, and seats 5 instead of 3. It also adds an e-locker, power-deployable running boards, heated and ventilated seats, Bang & Olufsen audio, 360-degree camera, and a full suite of driver-assist and convenience features.
